Job Summary

Hire Resolve, a leading accounting firm, is seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in providing tax accounting assistance, compliance services, and tax consulting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Review Income Tax Provisions: Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Offer Tax Provision and Compliance Services: Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and risk management to corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax returns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of tax professionals, mentoring and developing team members through training and retention initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Tax Laws and Trends: Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience in supervising engagements and preparing/reviewing income tax returns.
