We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. As a key member of our Corporate Tax team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational, and listed clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, and succession planning. You will also have experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will work closely with our Partners to grow the Corporate Tax offering and take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team. You will have autonomy to shape the team's growth strategy and contribute to the development of our Corporate Tax services.
The Birmingham City office is a hub for our Corporate Tax team, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational, and listed clients
- Providing technical expertise in UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, and succession planning
- Managing a team and delivering high-quality work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients
- Working closely with our Partners to grow the Corporate Tax offering and take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team
- Contributing to the development of our Corporate Tax services and shaping the team's growth strategy
