Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Counter and Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our trade counter and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our trade counter, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including taking orders down and filling in picking slips for the warehouse team.
  • Load and unload lorries, and pick customer orders from the warehouse.
  • Operate a Counterbalance FLT license (training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Occasionally drive and deliver specific parts to customers, requiring a full valid UK driving license.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a trade counter or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
