Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at IForce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve exceptional levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control the work environment to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away, and despatch of stock.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety standards are maintained and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Develop and train all team members to maximize their contributions to the warehouse.
  • Manage and motivate the shift team to achieve productivity and service KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and coach others to achieve.
  • Process driven with a strong understanding of operational targets and SLAs.
  • Flexibility to cover all areas of the stock department functionality.
  • Confident in analysing and acting on data.
  • PC literate in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
