About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at GH Engage Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our MEP building services projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers to procure Sub-Contractor packages and prepare Sub-Contract documents.
  • Manage a small team of M&E Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the monitoring of project progress, preparing and submitting contractual notices and correspondence to clients and Sub-Contractors.
  • Prepare and submit Interim Applications and Final Accounts, as well as cash flows, monthly cost reports, and budget analysis.
  • Attend commercial meetings to provide updates on contract negotiations and job performance.
  • Compile monthly progress reports for the Contracts team and Commercial Manager.
  • Procure materials and Sub-Contractors, value works, and prepare financial reports.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to build relationships and secure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, pricing, and variation management.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficient in cost reporting, payment certificates, and cash flow forecasting.
