Job Summary

Danos Group is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Lawyer to join its London legal team. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the US legal department, compliance, and international stakeholders to provide regulatory expertise in the digital assets space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on regulatory issues affecting digital money movements and new digital currencies
  • Support all activities from a regulatory perspective, working with stakeholders across EMEA and internationally
  • Advise on behalf of new projects and decisions, from a UK regulatory viewpoint
  • Work with senior management to ensure horizon scanning is in place
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on cutting-edge regulatory affairs

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with direct financial services regulatory experience in the UK
  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE in private practice, in-house, or both
  • Understanding of digital assets and payments, and an interest in how the sector operates
  • Ability to pivot on projects and work on multiple project streams in an ever-changing landscape
