Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hoist Driver/Labourer to join our dynamic team on a bustling construction site in London. Candidates must possess a valid CPCS Hoist Operative Card along with a Medical Fitness Certificate, and prior experience in a construction environment is essential.

Role Type: This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the hoist as required.
  • Manage the removal of waste materials efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent timekeeping skills.
  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, particularly the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested.
  • Assist various trades on site by performing necessary labouring tasks.
  • Carry out general errands and maintain tidiness in site accommodation.
  • Work under the guidance of the Site Manager.
  • Comply with site health and safety regulations.
  • Exhibit a positive working attitude.

Job Details:

Location: London

Rates: Day rates of £132.5

Duration: Ongoing work available for suitable candidates.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (weekends may be required with prior arrangement).

Essential Qualifications: Proven experience and a valid CPCS Card.
