Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hoist Operator to join our team for a temporary position at our location in SW1Y 5AT, London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a hoist to transport materials and personnel to various levels of the construction site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the hoist equipment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient and timely operation of the hoist.
- Maintain accurate records of hoist operation and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) certification.
- Marshall ticket.
- Medical clearance for operating heavy machinery.
- Proven experience as a hoist operator in a construction or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Any additional qualifications or certifications related to heavy equipment operation are a plus.
