About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth across our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement NPD strategies to drive business growth and improve product offerings
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and packaging
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source innovative materials and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with food legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to optimize production processes
  • Travel to supplier bases and trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in NPD or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Strong understanding of quality functions and packaging
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence at senior levels and drive business growth
