The Best Connection Group is proud to be supporting a prestigious company in East of Hull with the delivery of timber products across the UK.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Class 1 (CE) driver to join our team on a new contract. The role involves delivering timber products on tautliner trailers across the UK, with some weekend work dependent on volumes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timber products to customers across the UK
  • Work Monday to Friday with some weekend work
  • Operate tautliner trailers
  • Meet customer delivery deadlines
Requirements
  • CE Licence (minimum 2 years on licence)
  • CPC
  • Digital tachograph
  • No DD, DR, CD, or IN10
  • Maximum 6 points on licence
  • Good understanding of WTDs (Working Time Directives)
  • High regard for HASAW (Health and Safety at Work)
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Flexible attitude
