Warehouse Operations Leader

Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operations Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 10 individuals, leveraging your prior leadership experience to foster a supportive environment through effective coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations within a warehousing setting, ensuring the smooth packing and dispatching of products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular assessments of the packing and shipping processes to maintain high standards.
  • Providing hands-on assistance to guarantee timely dispatch of goods.
  • Evaluating the layout of shipping areas to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Performing root cause analysis to address any performance issues.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Fridays at 12:30 PM, allowing for extended weekends.
