About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Support Technician to join our team at Cyberfort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 support for data centre and service desk functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a wide range of data centre and customer equipment, resolving queries and installing hardware and software as part of a team.
  • Confidently communicate with customers and colleagues, prioritizing work and seeking help when needed.
  • Participate in an 18-month level 4 training program, developing skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure and customer service.
