Global Recipe Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Recipe Strategy Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our Global Ninja Test Kitchen, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global recipe strategy for EMEA/LATAM, ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and recipe developers, providing guidance on project assignments, and ensuring product success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the global recipe strategy for EMEA/LATAM
- Leading a team of chefs and recipe developers
- Providing guidance on project assignments and ensuring product success
- Conducting competitor product testing and sharing product feedback with global teams
- Cultivating a network of key experts in EMEA/LATAM through our GEN (Global Expert Network)
We are looking for a candidate who is highly effective in managing up, communicating priorities, and seeking feedback on their work product. You will be a team player who can work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships across multi-functional teams.
Additional requirements include:
- 5+ years of related culinary/marketing/management experience
- Ability to effectively manage up and communicate priorities

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
