Part-Time Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a part-time Office Administrator. As a key player in our growing company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling client communications, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions
  • Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in logistics and recycling processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum of GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Mathematics and English
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Competitive salary: £22K-£24K pro rata based on experience
  • Flexible hours: Enjoy a part-time schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2 or 3 days a week
