Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Waste Supervisor to join our team at Enva. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of various types of waste materials generated on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Waste Management: Sort, categorize, and properly dispose of different types of waste materials according to regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Operate a forklift to transport and handle large quantities of waste efficiently.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate with Enva waste collection services to schedule pickups and ensure timely disposal of waste materials.
  • Compliance: Monitor waste storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of waste inventory, disposal activities, and related documentation.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for waste management inquiries and issues.
  • Waste Reduction: Assist in the development and implementation of waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and disposing of waste materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
  • Reporting: Submit accurate waste reports in a timely manner for presenting to the customer.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
