About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction and Logistics Junior Planner to join our team. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive pre-construction plans and schedules.
  2. Coordinate the preparation of project documentation, including scope of work, project schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates.
  3. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to obtain permits and approvals.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. HNC or similar qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in pre-construction planning, project management, or related roles within the construction industry.
  3. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus PAYE package.
  2. Opportunity to work with a team of 6-8 in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  3. Some site visits involved, with travel expenses paid for site visits.
  4. Immediate full-time requirement.
