What we offer you
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 per hour from 1st October 2024

What you'll be doing
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives. You'll work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored care and support they need to achieve their goals.
You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals, each with their own unique needs and goals. You'll be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, such as taking medication, cooking meals, and building confidence and independence.
