Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Residential Property Team in Leicestershire. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting a busy team of solicitors and conveyancers in the preparation and completion of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and deeds
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression
  • Managing files from quotation to post-completion, with supervision
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and other regulatory documents
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of property reports and other documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Paralegal in a residential property team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in case management systems and other software
