The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic paralegal to join our top-rated specialist team in the UK. The focus of the role will be to assist senior fee earners in our award-winning Residential Property team at our Leicester office.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience in a property-focused role. You will work in a team of paralegals and report into the Partner & Licensed Conveyancer to ensure administrative conveyancing tasks are undertaken efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing basic legal documentation and submitting applications to HM Land Registry
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Providing excellent client care and administration skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience or knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Basic understanding of Land Law and Contract Law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
