Job Description:

Role Overview:

Salt is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in successfully managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in the food/FMCG sector.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify and produce engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Passion for cooking is a huge bonus.
