Senior Marketing Executive Job Description

Success Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join their team in Central Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a passion for driving engagement and interaction with B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the business, working closely with the Managing Director.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Plan and project manage key marketing activities, including B2B and B2C events and campaigns.
  • Create and develop content plans for B2B and B2C audiences, including written, graphic, and video materials.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including budget management and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Lead content creation for sections of the company website.
  • Manage the marketing budget and develop and execute paid ad campaigns.
  • Ensure brand awareness remains high through the use of PR, external recognition, third-party websites, and organic and paid social media.
  • Showcase B2B and B2C successes by coordinating testimonials and reviews.
  • Line manage the marketing apprentice, providing initial support and guidance.
  • Conduct regular market research and manage corporate social responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a marketing position at a managerial or executive level.
  • Strong social media awareness and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive, independent, and efficient approach to work.
  • Ability to bring forth creative ideas and execute an efficient plan for delivery.
