Supply Chain Coordination Limited is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a fixed-term engagement.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Regulatory Governance Team to uphold the standards of regulatory compliance and ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained accurately. Your responsibilities will include generating system reports for certifications that have lapsed, reaching out to suppliers for updated documentation, and systematically inputting received documents and supplier information into the designated Vendor Module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a specific work program related to regulatory compliance, guided by senior team members.
  • Collect relevant data and insights from external partners.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to the Regulatory Governance Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance Team to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with both internal and external parties.
