About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Policy Advisor to join our client's team on an interim basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects to shape the direction and delivery of tax policy positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading policy on the overall UK tax system
  • Interactions with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders
  • Leading a proactive project on the tax system in a modern economy
  • Assisting with topical projects on current policy issues

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified in tax or accountancy
  • Direct tax background
  • Keen interest in politics and economics
  • A degree in either tax, accountancy, politics, or economics would be desirable
