Office Manager - Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Facilities Management team to oversee the smooth running of day-to-day office operations at our pharmaceutical facility in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee life cycle of the facilities management and administration team, including recruitment, inductions, training, performance objectives, and development.
  • Reporting and data gathering/analysis to support the Contracts Manager in meeting KPIs.
  • Manage the upkeep of the VMR and distribute Tool Box Talks and Safety moments.
  • Build client relationships and manage requests and urgent issues.

Requirements:
  • Proven office management experience.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms.
  • Understanding of Facilities Management legislation and building maintenance.
