The Role:

We are seeking an Employment Specialist to join our team at Action Mental Health.

As an Employment Specialist, you will work directly with individuals who have experienced mental health problems and wish to gain employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Working with employers to secure employment opportunities
* Providing ongoing support to both employers and the individual to retain them in work
* Developing external networks to support the achievement of organisational objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Level/RQF Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience of working with people with mental health needs or other disadvantaged groups
* A full current driving licence and access to a car
