About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Hardwick Hall, a stunning Elizabethan house in Derbyshire. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
