Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our client's team in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of site personnel and ensuring the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise site personnel to ensure efficient working practices
  • Plan and coordinate workload to meet project deadlines
  • Provide daily progress reports to Contracts, Project, and Site Managers
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
  • Carry out regular inspection checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage labour resources on site to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain discipline on site and report any incidents
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards
Requirements:
  • Valid Mechanical Qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Advanced First Aid (3-day course)
  • Valid SSSTS
