Streamline Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a well-respected fit-out contractor

The successful candidate will oversee a sub-contractor on site, reporting to a Mechanical Project Manager, and be responsible for managing a mechanical package of circa £300,000 on a commercial CAT A/B office fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the mechanical installation process
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site protocols
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver the project on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Monitor and control the mechanical package, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project manager
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in office fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SSSTS/SMSTS tickets
