Educational Support Facilitator

Employment Type:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Educational Support Facilitator to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will provide tailored support to individual students who require 1:1 assistance.

Students may face various social, emotional, and educational challenges, including but not limited to speech and language disorders, difficulties in understanding language, attention issues, and behavioral challenges.

This position is primarily focused on educational support but also encompasses a broader scope, including engagement with families, caregivers, and the community.

You will collaborate closely with various agencies that assist the young person, such as Social Workers, Speech and Language Therapy Services, and Educational Psychologists.

Some tasks may take place outside the main educational setting. You will share the responsibility of promoting the learning, personal growth, and welfare of all students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of students and young individuals;
- Adhere to professional standards, legal requirements, and the policies of Outcomes First Group;
- Take ownership of specific responsibilities that will be reviewed annually as part of the performance management cycle.

Our institution serves a diverse group of students aged 7-18 with complex needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as those diagnosed with autism.
