Retail Events Consultant

Fusion 2K Ltd is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Retail Events Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis for a fixed term of 18 months. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing large and small-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Manage event staff, including briefing and training, to ensure high-quality event delivery.
  • Process high-volume sales orders and enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external parties, suppliers, and Fusion Warehouses to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct data analysis and post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of event strategies, working closely with the events team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months administration/office experience, with a strong background in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points on license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with KPIs and meeting sales targets.
  • Events or logistics experience, with a strong understanding of event planning and execution.
