Senior CAD/CAM Programmer and Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM programmer to lead our production team at an expanding manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC laser cutting and press brake operations, with experience in programming and operating CNC laser cutting machines, as well as overseeing press brake operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, collaborating with the production planning team to ensure efficient use of machine time, and leading and mentoring team members to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program and operate CNC laser cutting and press brake machinery.
  2. Collaborate with production planning to ensure efficient workflow and machine utilization.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years' experience as a setter/operator and programmer for CNC laser cutting and press brake machinery.
  2. Experience with CAD/CAM software and file management for CNC machinery.
  3. Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and make tooling adjustments.
