Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Specialist to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As an Insurance Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage client accounts, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all processes are efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop.
