What You'll Do:
  • Lead by example and support your team to develop their skills and deliver exceptional service
  • Develop your management skills through industry-leading training and support
  • Manage stock and inventory, recruitment, team check-ins, and pre-shift briefs
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of our team members and help them grow in their careers
