You will have at least 3 years' experience at a senior level in the non-profit sector with a demonstrable track record of delivering highly effective projects.
We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the challenges facing the non-profit sector in the current economic climate and who can maximise the opportunities for the non-profit sector that will in turn have a positive impact on people and communities.
You will have significant experience of person-centred delivery in a community or clinical setting, such as advocacy or support work, along with experience of managing risk and making decisions when delivering services to vulnerable individuals.
With strong project management skills, you will have up-to-date knowledge of funding, procurement, and commissioning activity.
The post holder will be required to work across a number of locations, so the post is not suitable for someone looking to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective project plans to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable individuals.
- Manage risk and make decisions when delivering services to vulnerable individuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with funding, procurement, and commissioning activity to ensure the non-profit sector is maximising opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience at a senior level in the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering highly effective projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of funding, procurement, and commissioning activity.
