Fundraising Manager Opportunity

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is delighted to partner with a renowned emergency charity to find a skilled Fundraising Manager to lead their Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising team in the South Central England region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in face-to-face fundraising or a fundraising agency to bring their expertise in-house and contribute to the charity's success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident, and have a proven ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve targets. The role requires a degree of flexibility, with some work outside of standard office hours and regular travel across the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the F2F Fundraising team to achieve targets and grow the charity's supporter base
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet the charity's goals
  • Manage a team of face-to-face fundraisers to ensure excellent performance and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the charity's leadership team to align fundraising efforts with overall strategy
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising or a fundraising agency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
