Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive playtesting to identify and document linguistic errors
  • Verify that in-game text is linguistically correct and culturally relevant
  • Adhere to established LQA protocols and standards to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Prepare detailed bug reports utilizing industry-standard databases
  • Take responsibility for bugs to ensure effective resolution
  • Become proficient in LQA testing across various gaming projects
  • Develop and implement test cases, contribute to the gathering of test requirements
  • Pursue continuous improvement and efficiency in your tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with the QA team
Performance Indicators:
  • Accuracy and quality of bug reports

Qualifications:

You Are an Ideal Candidate If You:
  • Are fluent in Norwegian and possess strong English language skills
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for video games

  • Are skilled in computer applications, including MS Office
  • Possess the Right to Work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading
  • Familiarity with LQA testing tools and CAT software
  • Understanding of the gaming industry
  • A background in linguistics is advantageous
