About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Lead to join our team at Pinterest. As a Sales Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale learning programs for our global sales workforce, as well as facilitating trainings locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of our sales team, including live, e-learning, and asynchronous delivery modes.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that align with our business objectives.
- Lead the learning design process, from needs assessment to program evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Support the development of metrics to assess learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Training & Learning professionals to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in sales training and development, with a focus on performance advertising topics.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and its application in a work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in tech, media, e-commerce, or advertising is preferred.
