Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced Gas Qualified Supervisors to join our team in the Northwest area. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the field-based operational team to achieve high performance standards and meet business expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Think and act operationally and strategically, with a focus on achieving high performance standards and meeting business expectations.
  • Build strong working relationships with the field-based team and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Ensure full operational duties are carried out on contracts, including reviewing and approving engineer timesheets and dealing with queries.
  • Day-to-day management of the field-based team, including managing staffing levels, annual leave, sickness, and other absences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in gas operations, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
