About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Engineer to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Industrial / Manufacturing sector team, you will play a critical role in influencing regulatory modifications and ensuring compliance with stringent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence regulatory modifications due to technological capabilities of a next-generation platform
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance is considered through all requirements, being safe, cost-effective, efficient, and innovative
  • Work closely with the MoD to understand the appetite for Continuing Airworthiness regulatory change and its impact on future maintenance approaches
  • Collaborate with FCAS Acquisition Programme & FCAS System of Systems functional teams to integrate Continuing Airworthiness Regulations into design and capture clear actions to achieve this
  • Support the development of future Maintenance capability, primarily for FCAS Acquisition Programme & FCAS System of Systems, and provide regular situation reports to the Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) Function
  • Ensure Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness is integral to the future Manufacturing strategy, considering future Continuing Airworthiness Regulations for FCAS Acquisition Programme and FCAS System of Systems
Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience, IENG desirable with a path towards CEng
  • Application of related Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness Competencies expected at this level
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, procedures, and systems (Specifically Part M, 21, 145 & 147)
  • Extensive Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness experience demonstrated in a professional capacity
  • Guide others in the application of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, and procedures
