About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Till Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Confidently communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
  • Previous experience of cash handling is preferred, but full training is provided
  • Manual handling, lifting weights of up to 15kg
