Senior PPC Executive

As a Senior PPC Executive at Skywind Group, you will be responsible for leading our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy, focusing on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search ads. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition and digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive campaign plan that aligns with the company's business objectives, targeting the most effective keywords and audience segments.
- Allocate and manage a substantial PPC budget across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Oversee the creation and management of campaigns, including setting up account structures, ad groups, and tracking systems on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using ongoing testing and optimization strategies such as split-testing ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of different campaigns and strategies, using insights to scale successful campaigns and pause or adjust underperforming ones.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in PPC and digital marketing, attending webinars, conferences, and workshops to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in independently delivering successful end-to-end PPC campaigns, preferably in a user acquisition-based industry.
- Proven track record of achieving conversion-based KPI targets.
- Deep knowledge of data tools and confidence in deriving insights from data to assist in decision-making.
- Agile and ambitious, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team and under pressure.
- Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with the wider Marketing, Development, and Design teams.
