Trostan Dene is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to the success of our global manufacturing business. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and improving financial performance.

About the Role
  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with senior manufacturing personnel.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Senior Leadership Team, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with site teams to improve financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Identify and implement internal financial control procedures to enhance the business and support its continued development.
Requirements
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • 3-5 years' experience in Management accounting.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of cost accounting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing a team and demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a complex environment.
