About the Role

The Strategy & Operational Excellence team at Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Excellence Lead to drive improvements to process and systems in demand planning and E2E supply planning. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues across our global network to craft, test, deploy, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art Demand Planning and E2E Supply Planning processes, leveraging expertise in finance, commercial, portfolio management, and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced, aligning with business leaders and transformation leads.
  • Deploy new processes and functionality, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise IT systems.
  • Act as a change agent, connecting with key users and motivating change across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of dynamic experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, with a solid understanding of demand planning or supply planning.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving change and harmonization across a global organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and lead ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP, with the ability to link processes to IT functionalities.
  • Strong influencing skills, with a consistent record of working across organizational boundaries to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASCM certification
  • Experience with SAP APO DP or IBP and Celonis
  • BSc Degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain subject area, with a Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
