Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to spec and that the kitchen is running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our culinary team.

What We're Looking For
  • You may already have some kitchen experience as either a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or this might be something brand new to you.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
