**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Mountbatton Care Ltd. As a key member of our Domiciliary Care team, you will provide person-centered care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide home care to elderly individuals, those with mental and physical disabilities, and others in the community
* Offer personal care and housekeeping services, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Assist with shopping for food and household essentials, as well as preparing and cooking meals
* Administer medication when required
* Work flexibly on a rota, including some weekends
