Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, this individual will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy when picking and packing orders, demonstrating collaboration and adaptability, and assisting in conducting detailed and thorough warehouse stock audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movement.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently.
- Reliability and commitment to the role.
What We Offer:
- Pension scheme with contributions of up to 6%.
- Holiday allowance of 22 days per year, plus an additional 8% of your salary paid once a year.

Working Hours:
