Warehouse Operations Assistant

About the Role:
The Warehouse Assistant plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy when picking and packing orders, collaborating with colleagues, and adhering to health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and perform stock audits as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Participate in manual handling operations and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with the smooth running of warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Inform the Team Leader of any stock damage or necessary equipment repairs.
Candidate Profile:
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently.
- Reliability and commitment to the role.
What We Offer:
- Pension scheme with contributions of up to 6%.
- Holiday allowance of 22 days per year, plus an additional 8% of your salary paid once a year.

Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
