Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with complex disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate in activities they enjoy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living skills
- Encouraging participation in activities that promote health and well-being
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the individual and their family
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach
- Caring and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK manual driver's license
