Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our vibrant team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating inspiring new concepts for physical toys, brainstorming and building out product ideas, and helping to identify new trends and product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative product concepts that meet our brand's aesthetic and play pattern requirements.
  • Develop and present visual brand presentations to senior management.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions within the design team and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Test products with kids and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the toy industry, preferably in Arts & Craft or fashion lead hardline products.
  • Product design degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Excellent sketching skills and knowledge of current design packages, including Adobe Creative Suite and Blender.
  • Strong interest in toys, arts & crafts, and fashion trends.
  • Outgoing, open, and energetic personality with good sense of humor.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and dedicated Product Designer with a passion for innovation and personal development.
