We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background working with various vendors and brands. A solid understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and IP networking is essential, as programming and configuration at a fundamental level are integral to this role.

Role Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be tasked with troubleshooting, field service operations, technical support, and maintenance & repair duties. The role involves resolving technical challenges and offering remote assistance to clients.

Qualifications Required

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electronic Security or equivalent experience (4+ Years) with a focus on Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Intruder systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
  • Understanding of digital electronics principles and systems, including Health and Safety standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Intruder systems.
  • Familiarity with digital electronics and electrical systems.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and other network fundamentals of Unified Front End (UFE).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
